These services are delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon use. Once AI credits are used to generate content, they cannot be returned.

3. Credits & Refunds

Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on Soloa are generally non-refundable. Credits are consumed when you use our AI tools, and the computational resources are expended immediately upon use.

Unused Credits

Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire. You can use them at any time while your account remains active.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, you will retain access to your credits and services until the end of your paid billing period. Any unused credits will remain available for use.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the services, and we are unable to resolve them
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or experienced duplicate charges
  • Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end
  • First-Time Users: New users may request a refund within 7 days of their first purchase if they are unsatisfied with the service

7. Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Credits that have already been used to generate content
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (as AI results can vary)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Users who have previously received refunds (except for billing errors)
