2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We collect personal information that you provide to us, including:

• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe, Apple, or Google)
• Profile information

Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information when you use Kida:

• Log data (IP address, device type, operating system)
• Device information and app version
• Feature usage patterns (music generation, video creation, lyrics)
• Generated content metadata (prompt text, model used, duration)
• Credit usage history

3. Music & Audio Data

Music Generation

When you generate music, the text prompts and parameters you submit are sent to our AI music providers (Suno, ElevenLabs) to produce audio. We do not retain your input prompts beyond what is necessary to complete the generation and display your history.

Music Video Generation

When you create a music video, the audio file you upload is processed by our video generation pipeline. Audio files are transmitted securely and used solely to produce your requested video content.

Generated Content

Music tracks and music videos generated by Kida are temporarily stored in secure cloud storage so you can access, play, and download them. These files are associated with your account and retained according to our data retention policy.

Uploaded Audio Files

Audio files you upload for music video generation or cover track features are processed and then deleted from our servers after your project is complete.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Kida services
• Process music generation and video creation requests
• Process transactions and manage your credit balance
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support

5. Subscription and Payment Information

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through:

We do not store your full credit card information. All payment data is processed and stored securely by our payment processors in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and AWS S3 for secure storage of generated music and video files. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated music tracks and video files are retained for 30 days after creation, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers. Your generation history (metadata) is kept in your account until you delete it. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

10. Children's Privacy

Kida is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Kida after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
